How regularly are windows cleaned?
For residential window cleaning customers, windows are usually cleaned every 4 or 8 weeks. Commercial businesses are less frequent. Regarding the other services that we offer such as gutter or conservatory cleaning, these are provided on a one-off basis upon request of the customer.
How can payments be made?
We are flexible as to the payment method, which is chosen based upon the preference of the customer. This can be either through bank transfer or alternatively through direct cash payment.
What if I want to make a cash payment but I'm not available during the day?
A large proportion of our customers are not avaialble during the day; therefore, we collect during evenings. When cleaning your property/business for the first time, we will notify you as to the evening which we visit your area. Alernatively, if this time is still unsuitable, other arrangements can be made.
How much will it cost?
See our prices section for a more in-depth description of the prices of our services. The prices offered in the payments section are subject to variation depending upon the nature of the propertiy - for example, the difficulty and number of windows but also the frequency of cleaning.
Can I request a one-off clean?
We do offer one-off cleaning services; however, the first clean is always the most difficult due to the condition of the windows. As such, a one off clean will incur a slightly higher cost than a regular clean (this is excluding the other services we offer, which are priced as a one-off clean).
